Meet Tom Fucito, CPA

In 2014, Tom Fucito founded The Accounting Office of Tom Fucito, CPA, P.C., driven by his extensive experience in accounting, tax, consulting, planning, and auditing, accumulated over 30 years in the field. With a vision to create a firm that stands apart from the conventional, Tom sought to offer more than just numbers on a page. His goal was to

become a strategic partner and trusted business consultant for his clients, empowering them with the knowledge and insights necessary to make informed decisions regarding their tax and financial future.

A native of Columbia County, Tom graduated from Germantown High School and later earned his degree from SUNY Empire State College. He currently resides in Purling, NY (26 years), with his wife, Amy. Tom’s pride and joy is family, including his three daughters, two sons-in law and a new addition in 2024 – grandchild Joey. Outside of work, Tom enjoys home improvements and spending quality time with his family.

Tom is also an active member of his community, serving as a board member for The Alexander and Marjorie Hover Foundation. His previous leadership roles have included serving as a member and executive with the Greene County Chamber of Commerce, Catskill Rotary, and United Way of Columbia and Greene Counties.

With a deep passion for his work, Tom takes great pride in the team he has built and the clients he serves. He strives to be a valuable asset to those he works with, and his dedication is evident in the satisfaction he finds in his daily work. For Tom, it’s not just a career—it’s a passion.
